1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your device and authentication credentials secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account. You may not impersonate another person or create an account for someone without permission.
2. Replay’s service
Replay uses information from photos, sports schedules, venues, and other sources to help identify games you may have attended and organize your memories. Matches, scores, statistics, venue details, and other information may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming your own game history.
Replay is an independent product and is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the NBA, NFL, MLB, their teams, venues, players, or other sports organizations. Names, marks, scores, and statistics belong to their respective owners.
3. Photo library, location, and contacts
Some features require permission to access your Photos library, photo location metadata, Contacts, or notifications. You control these permissions through iOS. You represent that you have the right to use content you select and share and that you will respect other people’s privacy.
4. Your content and social features
You retain ownership of photos, profile information, comments, and other content you submit (“User Content”). You grant Replay a limited, nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and display User Content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and provide features you request. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backup, legal, and technical retention.
When you share a game, tag a friend, invite a contact, or post a comment, other users may see related profile and game information. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, threatening, harassing, or invasive of privacy. We may remove content or restrict accounts to protect users and the service.
5. Replay Pro subscriptions
Replay Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple. The price, billing period, free trial or offer terms, and included features are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Unless canceled, a subscription renews automatically under Apple’s terms. You can manage or cancel it in Apple’s subscription settings. Deleting Replay or deleting your Replay account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
Apple handles billing and refund requests. Features and prices may change prospectively as permitted by law and Apple’s rules. You can restore eligible purchases in the app.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use Replay unlawfully or violate another person’s rights.
- Access another user’s account or private content without authorization.
- Upload malware, scrape the service, or bypass access, rate, or security controls.
- Interfere with Replay’s operation or use automated systems without written permission.
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the service except where law expressly permits.
7. Replay intellectual property
Replay’s software, design, brand, artwork, and other materials are owned by Gametime Replay, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, nontransferable, revocable right to use Replay for its intended purpose.
8. Third-party services
Replay depends on third-party services, including Apple services, sports-data sources, communications providers, analytics, hosting, and subscription management. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
9. Availability and changes
We may add, remove, suspend, or change features and may stop offering all or part of Replay. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every game, venue, score, or photo match will be found.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Replay and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or secure the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain effective after termination.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Replay is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Replay and its members, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the service. Our total liability for all claims relating to Replay will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to Replay during the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Delaware law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Delaware, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
14. Apple terms
If you download Replay from the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for Replay or for providing support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the applicable license terms.
15. Changes and contact
