Delete your Replay account

Replay lets you permanently delete your account directly in the iOS app. The process takes only a few taps and does not require contacting support.

Delete your account in Replay

    Open Replay

    Sign in to the account you want to delete.

    Open the Me tab

    Tap the person icon in the bottom navigation.

    Tap Delete Account

    Scroll to the red Delete Account button.

    Confirm twice

    Replay warns you that deletion is permanent before completing the request.

What deletion removes

Account deletion removes the Replay account and associated active-service data, including profile information, game history, photo-match metadata, selected Replay media, favorite teams, friend relationships, tags and invitations, comments, badges, notifications, and push-notification tokens, except limited information we are legally required to retain. Removal from encrypted backups and provider systems may take additional time.

Replay Pro must be canceled separately

Deleting your Replay account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple. Cancel Replay Pro first in Apple subscription settings.

Can’t access the app?

Email team@replayios.com with the subject “Replay Account Deletion.” For security, we may need to verify that you control the phone number associated with the account.
